" Development ah... "

School today was enjoyable. Surprise, surprise. I don't know why but I like school now. I like dragging my ass into a crowded train to get myself to school. I find school fun even. I think somebody unscrewed my already loose screws even more. I even volunteered for extra class tomorrow. Bloody programming. I tak faham ah... So instead of starting at 11.30, I have to be in school at 10. Hardcore ah man.

Today was well, today. Met Ida at 9.50 at Dover. Bought breakfast from the Mr. Bean store at the MET station. Soy Milk and Red Bean for me. Walked to class... Was not late today. Never will be late tomorrow. Applied Mechanics was the first class. It's one of the more boring subjects but I sat next to Ellycia who's very clever and she helped along the way. Parts I don't understand, she can help. Baik ah my classmates! First topic is like join-the-dots. Seriously.

Then it was lunch. Group lunch with Ida, Jaaaaane (Jane), Atiqah, Chairman Mau, Venu and John. Talked about the difference between Malaysian and Singaporean pasar malams. Ate Briyani. Same ngan Venu and Ida but hers is normal chicken. I took boneless chicken. It's more expensive. Easier to eat. I regret siaaa. The black pepper like kicap only. The Venu also agreed. He sampai tak abis. (Didn't finish his food) Chairman Mau ate Prata. Atiqah ate nasi ayam. John was having Briyani from another stall. Jane saw us eat like fun like that so she also buy nasi briyani. Bad decision as she did not finish a large portion of it. Do not buy food when you know you're not hungry. We squeezed and shared a single table. It's amazing how we manage to find enough space.

Ida: "Why you sit like girl? So sopan."

Me: "No space mah..."

"I also never sit like that."

"You got space mah."

"No."

"Yah."

Vinu: Development ah!

And the word stuck. If we see anybody getting close to each other, we'll say "Eh, (name here) develop-ment/ping ah!"

Venu and Hui Xiang exchanging numbers. "Venu, developing ah!"
Jane disturbing me. "Jane, developing ah!"
Venu asking Ida about class. "Venu, development ah!"
Me and Hui Xiang sitting together. "Aqeel, development ah!"

By the end of the day, Venu was Ida's husband. "Venu, this one not development... this one connection already ah man!" Hahaha!

Then went to FC5 to withdraw cash. Satu geng ikut. Lol. Then went to library to amik air-con a bit. It was such a hot day. Panas! I'm complaining about this somewhere. It's so hot!

I signed up as a GREEN member of SP. I am environmentally friendly and receive discounts on GREEN items. Cool stuff.

Next class was Marine Engineering Knowledge. The Naseer never teach and class ended way earlier. Went with the freshies to collect boiler suits and boots. Ida's shoes took along time sey. "Venu, your wife's shoes ah...."

After getting their shoes and all, lepak-ed at FC2. Bought Honeydew Milkshake. The big cup and small cup like no difference like that sia! Venu talked about sajak and syair. It's funny to see an Indian guy talk Malay better than me sia. Hahaha! Talk crap until next class.

Programming class. My application rosak. The lines were wrong or something. I raised my hand first. The teacher go serve other students one big round then come to me. Razif da ketawa2. "Aisehman, cher, I raise hand until tomorrow also i don't think you will come ah."

She looked at my problem, click here click there cannot. Then she paused, see see, click here click there, can. I don't know how they do it lah. I can't complete my work on this module as my lappy doesn't have the software.

Temankan Ida go submit her certs then went home. The Jane go stalk us just to say "Hey! You two ah... developing until never hear me. I follow you since just now ley." She was actually on her way to collect her EZ-link. Nothing better to do ah that Jane.

Meeting Ida and Venu tomorrow at 10. I can't believe I'm going for extra lessons. Bloody hell.
